The Language
Teaching Research Center (LTRC) was founded
in 1971 and since then has been a pioneer of language
research and teaching in Korea. We offer two language
programs. One is Korean and the other is English.
LTRC is a non-profit organization, chartered and
licensed by the Seoul City Board of Education and
supervised by a nine-member board of directors.
Why Choose LTRC's Korean Language
Program?
-LTRC offers you an ideal learning environment in
which to improve your Korean speaking, listening,
reading, and writing.
-LTRC recruits only highly qualified, professional
and supportive teaching staff.
-Typically our classes are small - creating more
opportunity for students to participate.
-LTRC is conveniently located downtown.
-Our language training program is tailored to suit
each student's individual needs - whatever your
level.
-Should you wish to rapidly gain Korean language
competence or need to boost your current Korean
skills, we offer special short term intensive classes.
-LTRC's special language program also offers a student-centered
approach termed the "Silent Way".
-We also provide cultural field trips, cultural
orientation, advice on cross cultural communications,
opportunities to watch Korean dramas, read Korean
newspapers, and discuss topics of cultural significance.
