Please note that the tuition
fee each term is payable in advance and is
non-refundable.
If you are going to be unable to attend your
class due to a planned business trip or some
other special absence, we will not charge
for the missed classes, provided that you
let us know before the term starts.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
We realize that our students
sometimes have to cancel or change their schedule
at short notice, for business or other reasons.
Provided that we are notified at least 24
hours in advance, we can arrange for the make-
up classes within the same term.
Attendance
If you miss more than 50%
of your scheduled classes for more than
2 months in a row,
we may have to change your teachers and
class time when you re-enroll.
Saturdays and holidays
classes
As our regular business days
are from Monday to Friday, there is a supplement
of 25% in addition to our usual prices for
classes on Saturdays and holidays.

or not you will continue to attend the class
in the next term because the tuition varies
depending on the number of students.
Absence
We cannot provide make-up classes
for individuals who are absent from group
classes.
This is because the classes are still being
held as scheduled for the other members of
the group.
